NYC Pride

NYC Pride is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that plans and produces New York City’s official LGBTQIA+ Pride events each year to commemorate the Stonewall Riots of 1969 — the beginning of the modern Gay Rights movement. For 2019, it is creating 25+ events while partnering with over 70 organizations to create the largest roster of programming in NYC Pride history and is expected to draw 4.5 million people.

NYC Pride works toward a future without discrimination where all people have equal rights under the law. We do this by producing LGBTQIA+ Pride events that inspire, educate, commemorate and celebrate our diverse community.

The Lisa Project

The LISA Project NYC is a volunteer based non-profit organization. Dedicated to bringing a diverse group of local, national and international artists to Lower Manhattan. Creating meaningful public art programs to meet the needs of a evolving Downtown community. We believe the best art, is public art. In our iconic neighborhoods, shelters, historic sites and public schools. To the delight of our neighbors, artist fans, art tourists, and good people from all walks of life. We are proud to continue to create opportunities for artists to transform our shared public spaces. Learn more about LISA at:
